The Class 2 boys begin their quest for a state medal at the 2026 Missouri State High School Activities Association Wrestling Championships on Wed., Feb. 25 at Mizzou Arena in Columbia, MO. The two-day tournament concludes with state championship matches on the evening of Thurs. Feb. 26. (Full schedule below).
Defending state champion Caleb Dyer of Lutheran St. Charles (pictured) will try to repeat his magical run while others will look to create their own magic in their first appearance on the big stage. St. Clair leads the Class 2 local contingent with seven wrestlers competing at state. Affton will send five, and Maplewood-Richmond Heights, Sullivan and Gateway Science Charter will bring four.
